Hey MyFico, I made a payment for my cap1 card yesterday, i got the email saying it posted, on my account, under payments, it says "Paid 7/14/2012" but...the money was never deducted from my bank account to actually make the payment. I know my account information is correct on the cap1 website because I have made a payment from this account before. Should I be worried about this?

I wouldn't, sometimes debits take a few days to post to the account, especially this being a weekend. I would give it until monday night or tuesday before I would start to be concerned.
I just found it odd that cap1 would mark it as paid since I don't even have a pending transaction on my chase account. And true, I forgot it was a weekend.

could just be lucky I usually have the reverse problem where the money comes out of the bank account and the credit card doesn't update. I wouldn't worry most likely it will resolve it self by 10am monday morning lots of banks do batch EFT transfers either overnight or at the start of bussiness.
