DH was approved for Quicksilver one with cap1 approximately 6 months ago for $500. I request an increase for him on the 17th of April in which he received a 1k increase, and i had forgot that when he applied the page had said that he should receive an increase after making X number of 'on time payments' just wondering if because i requested an increase early for him will he not see the auto increase?
Thanks so much!

If you are in credit steps you will still get their promised increase
I have been reading up on the credit steps program; however, he never received anything in the mail stating that he had been enrolled into that program. I just remember seeing a screen after applying that stated if he made 5 or 6 on time payments he would get an increase, so i guess maybe we will have to wait a day or two. If i have the dates down right his bill is due on the 2nd of every month and then i think the statement cuts on the 5th of each month... Does this sound right?

This is the credit steps program and that increase will be on top of any other increase once the conditions of it have been met.
You should see a "document" online about the credit steps program. Log in, go to statements & documents, click the documents tab and it should be there!
