 What are the things you should include in the letter when writing Capital One's EO and asking for an increase? Should I include my verification info aswell? 

Can someone please email the EO's email addy?

What happens after the phone call? Do you log into your account and see a change(if so, how long after) or do you get an email?

In my case I received new documents via my online account.  They were pdf docs with decisions... but it was also a bit late because the CL increases were already applied to my cards.  Hope that helps.

He told me it would take up to 24 hrs for a decision. Nothing yet. I'll keep checking my online account. Keeping my fingers crossed!
