I just logged into my account and noticed that the "Modify Your Features" button is gone! Does anyone else notice that, or is it just me? If it's just me, I wonder what happened? Did I press it too much? Do they not like me anymore? I still use my cards often and PIF before the statement.
Maybe they found out that I joked about the button on this forum!!!
The button still shows on mine. And it's about as useful as ever.
You made me curious so I looked at mine and the option is still there. Although I've never been offered any kind of change.
Still there for me.

Never mind... it's back. It WAS gone, I swear. And, as usual, no offers. So, everything is back to status quo.

Of course it was.
We all believe you.

Well, believe me, I know EXACTLY where that stupid button is, because I've been so frustrated with it!!! Pushing it has gotten to be a part of my daily routine, so it was disconcerting to not find it -- it would have thrown my whole day off.
Hmmmmm... I just took a moment to read that back and hear how it sounds. Maybe it's time to reexamine my life...
Mine is still there too, but surprisigly no offers -- but I have been approved for an Amex Blue Cash Preferred with a 5,500 CL, so I am full of love and willing to forgive (and sockdrawer very soon) Cap 1.
Do you guys think they keep track of how many times we click it? It would be fun...
Hey - let's see if we can make them really crazy and all vow to press the button once a day every day for a month? No matter how many times I press it there are no offers. I would rather not see the button unless I have an offer to take advantage of.
On a side note - I have improved my credit card holdings a great deal in recent weeks (thank you very much NFCU and Disney rewards Visa) and if Capital One doesn't get it together I will be terminating their services before my next ridiculous annual fee is due in November!
how does it work if you have more than one account? does it automatically check them all?
