how do you ask for a PC? i have called them & asked for a product change and they said they dont know what i mean.

Ok thanks. I have a QS1 they just raised my limit from 500 to 1500. I have recently been approved for a platinum with a CL of $500. You think cap 1 would match the qs1 starting CL

Probably not. But on the plus side you can request SP CLIs as much as you'd like, and you may get one after 2-3 statements with good usage and payment history.
