Cap1 QuicksilverOne MC / Exec Office CLI Request

Anyone familiar with this card??? I have an offer to PC to this card. Flat 1.5% CB on all purchases.

Also requested a CLI to 5K on my current Cap1 card through Exec. office.

Is this a legacy Capital One account or a former HSBC backed one? The distinction will help people who want to PC but currently have no offers. It looks like a great card but there is a Visa SIgnature version with no AF.

It looks like there are 2 different versions of the account. 1 for average credit which has a $39 AF and 1 for Excellent credit which is $0 AF.

My account is 2 yrs old and was a Cap1 account from the start.

The QuickSilver looks like the best rewards card Cap1 offers although a case could be made for the Venture.  The QS1 is similar but adds a $39 AF and a higher APR.

How did you get that offer?  By calling/emailing EO?  I emailed them two days ago requesting a product change to the QS but have not heard back yet.  I'm guessing this is a very busy time for them so I am trying to be patient ... trying.

EO told me that they are reviewing "millions" of accounts for eligibility for QS, and it can take months.  But others got instant approval for change, so who knows.

I can only imagine they'd be inundated with requests.  Eventually, everyone with the Green cashback will PC to this one, right?

PC to Quicksilver was a success, No AF.

CLI was declined.
