Today I did a live chat w a rep about a pic, and couldn't get anywhere. Asked for a sup. within 10 min he had both legacy cap 1 cards PC to quicksilver. He could not PC or CLI my legacy orchard bank card. I don't believe they are modifying these accts right now, even though they say they are. I was happy I got rewards on both cards now, not just one.
