Has anyone tried the upgrade link for Cap1 but received the error message "We've hit a snag"?? Been like that for most of the week for me and I normally check it using my laptop on Chrome (and also tried it via mobile). Wasn't sure if others had that issue.
Upgrade Link is working for me. Using Safari on mobile.
OP, I would suggest clearing browser history and cache and/or using a different browser.
If that fails, you can reach out to them and see if your account has any eligible offers.
Worked for me a few days ago on an 11.5 month-old Savor.
Where there are no PC options available, there is generally a message clearly saying so. It sounds like an IT error in your case.
Agree it's likely a browser issue. Instead of clearing everything, you could also try an incognito or private browsing window. I just checked the Quicksilver that I am an AU on and it's offering Venture and Venture One.
I went back and checked again after clearing my browser history, cookies and cache settings on Chrome and still got the same message. Even did it on my phone as well as Microsoft Edge (which I rarely use ) and the same result. Unless the URL for the link has slightly changed recently, I'll try it again in another two weeks since next Saturday marks my 6th month for a chance at another CLI.
Link definitely has not changed. I checked seconds before posting my reply yesterday.

Just had my friend check their Upgrade Link and they got the same "we've hit a snag" message.
I wonder what it is.
I wonder if the issue might be with loading the "we can't find an offer" page? If anyone can use the link and doesn't get an upgrade offer, please chime in?
