@K-in-Boston wrote:I wonder if the issue might be with loading the "we can't find an offer" page? If anyone can use the link and doesn't get an upgrade offer, please chime in?
I have three cards plus walmart all linked to the online account. That link hasn't worked for me for quite awhile. I have to click on each account individually and add "/productupgrade" at the end of the url then hit enter and the system will look for an upgrade for that card. If available the options will be presented. If not, I get the no upgrade available pop up.
I just upgraded in september so I know it does in fact work.
If multiple accounts is not the issue, you can always call Customer Service and they can check for any available upgrades.

are you using this one?

Yes, that's the same link I had bookmarked on my browser for the almost the past two years. This is the first time I've came across this error message. But I will wait to try it again in a week or so or call them directly if that error still shows up.

Nice find! That's so much easier than bothering with the link!
Really nice find. Although any of my cards have an offer...

Glad you found it useful but I can't take the credit, the shortcut was posted by UncleB a few yrs ago.
I didn't have any problems using that link to upgrade my Platinum Mastercard to Quicksilver yesterday.
I don't even have that option in my online account 😔

Go to the card you want to upgrade on the website and add /productupgrade to the end of the URL in the address bar. When you hit enter, if you have an upgrade it will show you.
