Cap1 check by mail

Has anyone redeemed their QS cash reward through a check by mail?  How fast is it?

Kind of annoyed ACH is not an option.

Back when I had a QS, I always had them send me a check. If I remember correctly, took about 4 days from when I requested it to arrive in the mailbox.

I went to redeem my cash back rewards last week and the only options I had were , statement credit and gift card or pay for a purchase , wth is that about , I seen no where to even get a check sent I am very disappointed bc I like to throw all my cash back into savings

I never tracked it but it doesn't take a long time.

I believe the verbiage says something like 2-3 weeks but I never had to wait that long.

I do the same. 

I know they recently did a system update maybe it's a glitch. For example, my brother-n-law's account shows the new design layout while mine & DH's does not. 

If you're ready to redeem your cash, I would call or start a chat with CS.

Thanks I most definitely will call bf I redeem again , I went ahead and done a statement Credit last week , I was super disappointed by it but it's done now

@Aduke, if they happen to pull that BS again, I think I read somewhere if one uses rewards as a statement credit vs. a purchase, they won't earn rewards on it. So if this is true, make a purchase so at least you're earn your rewards on it. But hopefully this was just a glitch in their system and it won't happen again.

I hope it was a glitch. This was my first time to redeem since opening it 6 mths ago so I have nothing to gauge it off of.

I simply take the statement credit and then transfer that amount from checking into a savings account. Is this a bad way to do things?
