I have had a Cap1 credit card for about 6 months and its not being reported on my experian report. Has anyone else had this experience?

Call them and request that they report to EX. They report to all 3 of mine. Must be just an oversight.

Starting Score: 583 EQ, 612 EX, 569 TU
Current Score: 658 EQ, 648 EX, 618 TU

nope-
All of my creditors report to all 3 every month.
Including my 2 Cap1's

maybe you are an AU. Cap 1 only reports AU to TU and EQ. they dont report AU to experian.
