How many cap1 cards can you have I have 2 but when I apply it says I have a pending application whichI dont =( Is 2 the max you can have?

I have three, but I've had them a long time so I don't know if they've changed the rules they play by

maybe since I have a charged off account with them that would be my three I suppose

i have 3 capital one cards, one cap 1 business card, and am an au on one cap 1  personal....

i recently applied for a new one and got a letter saying my CR wasnt even run because i have too many capital one accounts.

i am pleased with the cust service but 2 of my limits suck! i may have to close one or two accounts and then try re-applying.

I had 3 Cap1 cards for years. But I combined the 2 Visa's in late September. Now I have 2 cards. One Visa, one M.C.
