Yep I did the same thing. I've had a $500 limit since 2000 with them. He called me Friday and said they would research and get back to me by this Thursday. I told him if he didn't call back with atleast $3k, it's heading to the shredder. $500 limit with a $39 ann fee. I just haven't wanted to let it go but I use it once for gas each year and back in the drawer it goes. Time to sever ties.
