emailed EO with my request Wednesday, and so far nothing. No email, no call, nada. I'm not taking it as a good sign. Rebuilding credit, asking for an increase to CL on my secured, or conversion to unsecured. Decent salary, 24% debt to income ratio, new-ish mortgage, credit utile at 38%, keeping my report clean but dogged my low limits on cards. Just no love from CapOne.
Those that have had success, how long did they take after initial contact to get in touch with you? Did you email or call?
It took them 3 days but I also called them before because I hadn't heard from them....I found their Facebook to be easier to get answers from

Oh wow, I guess I need to go find some patience then. I'll settle for checking my account every day before I start making phone calls.
Message them on Facebook....
Got a call yesterday from the Exec office! I had totally forgotten about the email I sent, so yay on the response. They did inform me that the secured credit card does not ever get upgraded to unsecured, but my denial for "too many cap one accounts" didn't sound correct as I had only the secured and the Quicksilver visa. She reopened my app and is having it hand reviewed. I'll update should there be a positive outcome. I'm hoping I get an approval for something more than 1k since they are a bit stingy on the CLI. Cross your fingers for me!

Good luck!
Keep both your credit and your body in top shape!
No word yet after Tuesday's call. Is it too needy to call and ask for an update? (Patience is not a virtue I possess.)
