I used Cap One's chat to request a PC to the Quicksilver card. They told me I am eligible for the QuicksilverOne card. They said my annual fee will still stay at $19. It sucks to still have the fee, but at least I have the cashback perks now. I'm hoping I can eventually switch to the regular Quicksilver card in the future. Using the chat for this was quick and easy.
Good work. How long had you had your Platinum? I've had an unsecured Platinum since February, no AF, and I've been told that I could apply via chat or phone for a PC to Quicksilver as early as 1 to 3 months in (depending on who told me - I'm trying to remember threads from a couple of months ago).
I've had it for years and for some reason just never thought to try and do a PC until today haha.

You should be able to PC to the regular QS from the QS1 eventually. I would start trying after 2 statements, and then every month after a statement cuts. Eventually they'll give it to you.
I'm proof that the "Capital One low limit hell" doesn't exist for everyone. I've managed to go from a $300 Platinum card to a respectable $7,600 QS World MasterCard in two years. I've never had a Capital One approval higher than $500.
