So, my Cap One QS finally graduated, and I have a $200 Credit on the account. Is that going to become part of the new limit? What do I do next? Rebuilding my account so a lot of those cards.. open to any advice to build a better profile

Time is what you do next basically. Your credit score looks like it took a hit from something. Work on that. Charge then pay off your balances rinse and repeat. Low low lines of credit means you will always show high utilization rates on those. You charge 200 bucks pay it off after it posts.
Guessing you had a $200 secure card. It graduated, so you got the $200 bucks back as a statement credit. Looks like your limit is still $200. I'd request an increase and see what they do. You might get it raised to $500. At this point, you just use it and let it cook. Give it time and keep it open since there is no annual fee. If it were me, I'd think about closing cards that have an annual fee and try to build the credit limits of the no AF ones. The Savor in particular. Great card that you might want to keep long term. You most likely will have to cycle payments several times a month, but that is a minor inconvenience to get the 3% cash back.
