Here is my thread:
Ron.
I have had the Cash or Fly Mastercard for a couple of years now and also got my letter and new card a couple of weeks ago. As has been noted, only the name of the bank changed, it is still HSBC and there has never been any indication that these particular cards would change to Cap1.
When you were initially approved, what credit limit did you receive, as well as your standard purchase apr?

My credit limit was $5,000 and the apr is 12.99%. I've never asked for an increase and haven't received any automatic ones.
I really don't remember if there was any promo or not as it was about 2 years ago and I never carry any balances, so I didn't pay attention to the terms. I've never had any problems with them and my payments always post in a timely manner. I've never had any reason to call in, so I'm not sure how their customer service is.
Congrats Scott!!!!!
You have to be the first member here that loves Cap1 like that!!
Why do you want in with CapOne so bad?
