Capital One - 0% for 18 Months - 1% fee - Anyone Offered?

Cap One keeps offering me 0% for 18 months with a 2% fee...

 

Anyone get an offer with a 1% fee?

 

I have a big trip coming up and want to take advantage of a 0% promo.  

 

 

Rebuild started in 2014  -  $100k unsecured credit in 2017  -  $500k unsecured credit in 2024.

barclays does offered 1% fee for the selected cards
