Applied for the QS this afternoon and got the 7-10 day message saying they needed more time to process the application.
I'd really not like to waste the triple pull and get a denial. I don't think I'd be denied with the scores and info listed below and I'm hoping it's because of verification reasons but you never know.
Should I call a backdoor number tomorrow to talk with a representative and ask if they need any information? Are the agents capable of doing anything? I've heard they can't really help much so it may be useless to call until I receive a letter in the mail.
Thoughts or advice? Thanks in advance.
Call 800 933 5182, Dial 3, enter your SSN, dial 0 for a representative. Youll reach the account managers and they can help.
I received a 7 - 10 and turned out to be income verificaition (2 weeks ago.

Thanks for the help. I called and spoke to a rep who said it wasn't anything with verification and required a manual review which would take 48-72 additional hours.
I'm feeling proactive so I might just call recon. Is it useful to call recon before a decision's been made?
Same thing when I applied for the Venture card, got a prequal from the site and app'd. Got the message and I called, they said nothing else they needed from me and they would do a manual review and could take up to 15 days.
I take it that meant a denial based on your signature?
If Cap1 wants to deny me for whatever reason that's their right but I sure won't be wasting my time applying for their cards in the future and wasting 3HPs at a time when my portfolio's in strong shape already.
