Discover didn't pull my credit

In a moment of weakness I applied for the Discover IT (again) It was denied but I haven't gotten any notification that there's an inquiry. Perhaps Discover is doing the same as Barclays and not even considering me cuz I've applied so much. So now the only INQs I have this month is from the CLI on my Fidelity Amex on TU and from DirectTV on my EQ, which is the least I've had in months. I'm trying to be all clear from June to December, when all my 2013 INQs will fall off my report

Ch 7 BK discharged 12/2018
Bank Cards: NFCU Flagship Rewards $25K | NFCU Cash Rewards $20K |NFCU More Rewards Amex $17K | PenFed Power Cash $12.5K | PenFed Platinum Rewards $12.5K | PenFed Pathfinder Rewards $10K | PenFed Gold Card $7.5K | PayPal Cashback Mastercard $5K | Apple Card $3.5K

Possible it may be delayed monitoring, but CK and CS has always been (eerily) instantaneous when it comes to inquiry alerts.

I can't seem to trigger CK early anymore. Must be the freezes on all files.

Re: Discover didn't pull my credit

I just app'd for another Venture last night & looked for the inquries.  Only EX had reported. Today they're all there. Strange thing is, that EX stood the same with the inquiry & the first Venture card reporting.  TU & EQ actually went up?  Just when you think you have a tidbit of how things work, they seem to surprise you! Smiley Wink

I apped for the BCE three weeks ago and I still haven't seen the inquiry show up on CK or MyFico.

@Anniepoo, were you denied? If your already an Amex cardholder it's only a soft pull when denied.

If it was an EX pull, which it usually is with Amex, it won't show up on CK. As for MyFico, I haven't gotten an alert for my SimplyCash, and I know the inquiry is there since I checked my EX file. Which causes me to wonder why I'm paying for the service.

I am so cancelling the service as it is slow and half the time doesn't catch stuff and have to buy a report if you really want to see the updated score even..  It is a mess, really it is..  We are just Beta testers that are paying for a buggy product.

Use Credit Secure unlimited for daily monitoring and if I need a report I will just pay the price for it and order one from here. vs. a service that very unreliable.

No, I was approved. It is my first AmEx product, so surely there was a hard pull associated with the application.
