So if I request CLI on two accounts and granted on both should I wait another 6 months to combine these two accounts?

if you get increase in both you can go ahead and try to combine then; if/when you do combine though it will be another six months to try for a CLI again

I got CLIs on both my Cap One cards earlier this month then combined them a few days later.

click the "Select Card" button and It will tell you if your other card is eligible right away. I was just approved for account combination but my accounts have been open for 2 years, I paid off the youngest QS and kept the oldest Venture One open.
