Capital One CLI and PC attempt in progress!

Logged on today and saw a $250 increase. Was hoping for more but at least I was able to get pc'd to the Quicksilver.

HIzzie - how much did you ask for? I just spoke to the EO office and asked for 5k on the two cards I have with them. The current cl's are $500 and $600 each but I asked anyway. I just got my EQ score up to 667, so hopefully that will help. Im hoping they meet me somewhere in the middle.

I asked for $3,000 and my CL was $1,250. I wanted to at least double it but now I'm at $1,500.

250 counter on a 10k request? I think it's time to move on. Or open a completely new account. I hear sometimes hard limits get put on starter cards.

No I think HIzzie got a $250 on a $1500 request. I'm the nut asking for my lines to be increased to 10k total! :-) Well the worse that will happen is they will say no.

I'm the one that asked for the $10k limit, I have a $2k CL right now. Maybe I should log in to check my account......

HIzzie, congrats on the QS upgrade, bummer they only bumped you $250 for CL.

Glad I checked, not what I wanted but better...... Up to $4k from $2k and looks like there are rewards on the account now but I can't view them because I get an error on the site.

Congrats! That's a nice increase from them at least. Sucks not getting what you asked for but at least it's more than what I was countered with.

The lady called me back from the EO asking that I call her back. She'll probably just let me know that they would only approve me for $250. I also tried accessing the rewards site and got a message about them having trouble locating my account. I'm wondering if we have to wait to activate the card first.

Does it show anywhere online that you were upgraded to QS or does it just have a tab for rewards? I couldn't find anything about being upgraded to QS but as long as there are rewards I guess that's good.

I was %99 sure I wouldn't get my increase (hey it was 5x my limit HAHA) but from what I read it was pretty rare to get a decent increase without asking for it. If they call me back I may see what I can do about getting a little more. I'll just try and play the side that I want to use the rewards but without racking up a balance half of my limit.
