If Credit Steps with Capital One will raise a limit to $600 by April but I hit the luv button and got $650 in Feb does that mean another increase will come in April?
Usually, yes, a CLI before Credit Steps does not affect Credit Steps and you should see at least the amount that the credit steps increase was offering if not more (sometimes they give more, sometimes they don't.)
