Same thing here. Chat person sent me a link to apply for yet another Cap1 card. Of course the link was to a hard pull so I didn't do anything. I really don't want to wait until November to get make a decision on what to do. I'd like to get rid of my Credit One, but at least they have increased my CL, whereas I can't seem to get this Orchard to do anything but sit there. $420 for the last 2 years.

Like the OP, the first agent I chatted with transferred me to a second one who later approve my request.

I think you guys may have some luck if you get the "right" agent. Just keep trying.
I was thinking of trying again, but I was worried that they would see notes in my file that I already tried today...I might try going through FB or EO.

For those of you who have had success PCing through Cap1 chat, do you know whether the "modify your features" button allowed you to upgrade at the time of the chat, or did the chat go above and beyond the button?
