They offer this on all their low tier cards. Brought me from 3000 to 3500 and now I'm stuck like everyone else :-)
Have you tried the EO before about it??
Both of my accounts were 6 months old and i went the EO route both were doubled FYI

My account is only 7 (almost 8) months old, just got my credit steps CLI. I'll probably hit them up at 10 months or a year. They're currently my highest limit. Cap1 has been great to me. I have another offer on my account to upgrade to a venture card which I'm going to take after I get my annual bonus.
You got a monkey button offer?!?!?!?!???
$1500 both and i've seen stories of them doing 3X CLI's so you wont know till you try
I had the credit step program
1 card was CLI after 3 statements the other 5
So if you really look at it on 1 card got a CLI @ 4 & 6 month
the other card @ 5 & 6 month
You have nothing to loose but the attempt Hope this helps
