Capital One Credit Steps Program

I recently got approved for a Capital One Card with a 500.00 dollar limit.  I asked the rep was I in the credit steps program and she said yes.  She said my limit would go up to 750.00 at the fifth statement.  How often do they give you these increases in this program or is this the only one?

my ds just his cap one 500 cl card. then got a credit steps letter said 500 more at 5th statement

What is the steps program? This sounds like the card I got back in April. Started at 500 and just jumped to 750.
