I emailed Capital One EO a week ago, and got a phone call today.
I requested my QuickSilverOne go to a QuickSilver without an AF. She said they could not do that, but said she'd send my information off to an underwriter to review for a soft pull CLI and APR reduction, as I had complained about those, and she said that she would get back with me.
Has anyone had luck with QuickSilverOne to QuickSilver PC?
Anyone have luck with their underwritters?

Please use this information for Capital One's Executive Office
Thats too awesome Lexie
As for if a PC is possible. It will still say QS1 but it wont have the AF. I know for mine i called the EO got the fee refunded and waived. So yeah its possible, my account was almost 1 year old so if yours isnt around then wait till that time or till the AF is due and then ask again.

I just had my QS1 converted to the QuickSilver with No AF. The account was just over year and a half old.
The QS1 was the original card. Not converted from HSBC or any other Cap1 Card. The only change was it started as the green "cash rewards" card, but was automatically changed to QS1 when they revised their rewards program last year.
It can be done...as the card (ugly and cheap looking as it may be) is currently in my wallet.
*edit* - yes they did send a new card to show only "Quicksilver" within 7 days of the PC

I have but not through EO, through chat instead. You may have "offers available"
I went from HSBC ---> QS1 -----? QS
It was over 6 months after the QS1 PC before the QS offer was available to me

While it is definitely worth looking to see any available offers you may have...I am not really sure where these "offers" actually come from.
I checked mine every month after my statement cut for a year and never had one....yet somehow they were able to PC me to the QS from QS1 in a matter of minutes, no questions asked...
YMMV I suppose
I had my QS1 PC'd to QS after having it for 2 months. Credit limit went from $500 --> $3000 and no annual fee.
Thanks
I sent an FB message a few days ago to the Cap1 EO - they responded back I would get a call - spoke to a nice woman from the EO this morning telling me they will send to UW for review - will be a SP - gave her income, mortgage etc. I am at $1.5k on one of my Cap1 QS cards - requested $5k. She indicated it is usually a 7-10 wait - will keep you posted...
