Does anyone know what happens if I choose to decline a CLI that's too low when I hit the button online? Will that count towards the 6 months period of having to wait to do again?

I know pizza used this method to try for a higher CLI. If this is your goal, then go for it. Best of luck!

It won't hurt the 6 months process, in my experience. IT's not until you accept the increase.
