They are definitely crazy with the mailers.
With many CCC's, they sub out the pre-app business, so the sub-contractors keep mailing away, while the approval department is saying, no no no.

Yeah Cap1 is the only company that still sends me junk mail. I am on the opt out list thru the CBs

I agree that you shouldn't waste your time or any more inquiries on them. There are better cards and saner card issuers out there. Can you tell how much I despise them? Mine is in the 'sock drawer' where it will live out its useless little life. Bigger and better things are on the horizon for you too!
