Capital One Newcomers card

For someone who is neither a newcomer nor new to credit, will Capital One give a decent CL on their Newcomers card or will it be stuck at $500? This card seems decent for traveling abroad - 2% back on travel and no foreign transaction fees.

you will gte a bump to 750.00 and that's pretty much it. I have the card and like it except for the low limit. If they would give me a reasonable cli it would be a terrific card to have, but I am not holding my breath.

Yeah thats what I figured. Its interesting that a company like Cap 1 doesn't charge foreign transaction fees while (IMO) better creditors tack on substantial annual fees for it.
