Capital One PC question

PC'd a Platinum to a QS1 (should have been a QS, but that has a thread already)

Was wondering: Is there a set time frame between PC offers from Capital One, or are they a rare occurance?

If the offers are rare, should I call and try to initiate a PC, or is there a timeframe on that route as well?

you have to wait 6 months for product changes.

Do you mean six months from account open date or six months to do an additional PC? Because if it's the former, that's not accurate.

6 months from PC to another PC. i have my month marked in december(6 months)r to PC both of my quicksilver cards into one venture card and combine the limits.
