Capital One PC?

I have a Journey card and wanted to know if I upgrade this card to a Quicksliver would it stay a visa? I would really not like it to become a mastercard.

Hi Harvey26! From what I understand, you can PC Cap1 cards but not change the network. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong! ☺
