Capital One Question

Hi All and Happy Holidays,

Well, here it goes... Got up this morning to check my bank account.. Noticed that my bank received my direct deposit on 12/23 and also returned my Capital One ACH payment on 12/23. I immediately went on the Cap One site and made another payment. My question is has anyone had to deal with this before. Will Cap One close my account for this has never happened before, but I'm not sure how this will affect my account.

Are you saying a payment attempted to withdraw money, but there was not enough money in the account?

If this is all inside of capital one bank, the worst thing is they may give you a small fee, but I doubt any other negative effects.

Yes, US bank returned the payment, on my capital one card
