Capital One Quicksilver APR Discrepancy....

Has anyone else noticed this....

I applied for Capital One's excellent credit Quicksilvber card and was approved.  It says there is no annual fee, the intro apr is 0.00 until 08/2015..bla bla bla.

When I got the "important disclosures" in the mail yesterday I was reading them and I noticed a typo, or what I think is one.  My intro apr on the actual paperwork I got says 0.00 % until 06/2015, a two month difference between what I had agreed to in the application and what was in the "important disclosures"

I called them and I explained that this is not what I had agreed to when i submitted my application, etc and I believe the document had a typo.

I will give you a case in point, I applied for Fidelity Amex and my score was about 680, I got approved for 1000.00 CL and I got the intro 0.00 APR for one year as stated in the application page.  I did not get the duration of my APR redecuded because my credit score is/was not as high as John Smith with an 850.  This is what Capital One is doing.

I typed a 5 page fax (cover page, letter, copy of my important disclosures, & two screen shots showing the 08/2015)  to them asked them to correct the docuements.   I sent the same fax to the CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau)  I told them I would send them copies of the updated important disclosures when capital one sent them to me via US Mail.

I know there are some variables that hinge on credit....APR, Credlit Limit...I have never heard that the "duration promo months" are hnged on this as well

Have you heard of this ?

I will let you know the outcome....

Ok, we will see what happens...I asked for the two months, as stated on the screen of the application terms of what I was approved for.  I will let you all know if they send me the corrected documents.

I have never heard of this in my life ....

Isnt quicksilverone and quiksilver different? its confusing to me how capitol one has weird card titling. For instance I have quiksilverone-i think? but then the website calls it platinum mastercard. They should be clearer in their product lineup.
