Capital One Reconn

Has anyone done a reconn with Cap1 over the phone and if so who or what number did you call?  Received a letter from them that only has a reply address. When I called the backdoor number, the rep wasn't sure who to contact and advise send a letter to the gereral correspondence address.

you could try: 800-951-6951(cust.relations).

If that doesn't work ask who you talk to for the number for one of their account retention specialists. They have so many back door numbers.
