Just got off the phone w eo and he said that they are having problems w systems from the acqusitions...he did say that they expect it to be fix mid month, which is soon, so expect the reporting to bureaus soon after

Yes it could be he mentioned the problem was w the hsbc migration so im thinking that once thats fixed the entire system w update...at least thats what eo said

lmao...right when he said his name i knew i was in it...lol...and he even ask how my new card w it's features he added was working out 
I remember someone who i knew that worked for verizon he told me when someone calls
they keep a history for previous reasons & notes of attitude, If you were to call and be a mean person they were more likely make you wait a long time
I wonder if CC applies that same method for which account is mean or nice
I am mostly nice to the Card reps except when i deal with Cap one
