I remember someone who i knew that worked for verizon he told me when someone calls
they keep a history for previous reasons & notes of attitude, If you were to call and be a mean person they were more likely make you wait a long time
I wonder if CC applies that same method for which account is mean or nice
I am mostly nice to the Card reps except when i deal with Cap one
