Congrats to OP, and others success ! 

Just stopping by to share good news as well. Today I logged in and my Cap One secured deposit was refunded as well. Yay ! So happy for this. I hope everybody gets their deposit refunded. It was my first card ever opened on Jan 5th 2018. Almost 3 years !!  I haven't received any notices yet.
