Re: Capital One Steps Program

It's not true that credit step only increase half of what the original credit was. I am an authorized user on the journey card with 1k limit, 6 months later - new credit line jumped to 4k!

Re: Capital One Steps Program

Well I'm at the bottom of the pool with a credit line of $300 (steps to $500) however I've paid about $2360 over 5 statements. $1k would be wonderful, but I'm trying not to get my hopes up since I just started to rebuild.

Re: Capital One Steps Program

My card started @ $500 and went to $1500 on my 6th statement. Didn't do any major spending. I think I paid my car payment with it twice, my cell phone bill maybe 3 times and a six pack of beer here and there. Always paid in full before the statement.

Mine went from $300 to $1300. I put most of my spend through it and paid several times per month.

Re: Capital One Steps Program

Thanks for asking....I've wondered the same things..I'm currently in Credit Steps with my Quicklsilver.  My starting credit line was $3k and my email said to expect a $500 increase by October.  As much as I've processed through the card I hope they show me more love....

Discover I.T. (11k) - U.S. Bank Platinum (9k) - NASA (30k) - Venture (22K) - AMEX Delta Skymiles Gold (6k) -AMEX PRG (AU) plus a few CU CC's and Store Cards = 130k (roughly)
