Just a heads up that some parts of the Capital One website may have some strange messages or technical issues today or tomorrow.
I made a payment last night online and this morning I noticed a message next to that payment saying "this payment is part of a payment plan." It made no sense because all of my Capital One accounts are in good standing (paid $500 on one account this month), and I've never been on any kind of payment plan.
I have 3 accounts with them. Since I'm due for a CLI on that account soon, I wanted to ensure that no incorrect information is listed on my account. That is all I would need is to have some notation about a payment plan next to one of my payments (not).
Transferred over to technical support and they said there is apparently a ticket in because they have made some website interface changes and some unusual messages have been showing up (no kidding!). Just wanted to let others know that you may see something unusual on your account over the next day or two and technical support appears to be working on it.
My other two accounts are fine, thankfully. Hope this helps someone.

Sometimes but not very often things look heywire on their site on this end but is usually corrected soon enough and then back to normal again.

I haven't even been able to sign in to the Capital One mobile app for three weeks now! They say it's a "known issue with no fix at this time."
