Capital One Venture X Travel Credit

Whats up everyone! I recently booked a flight on Oct. 7th via Capital One travel portal to take advantage of the VX travel credit. The total cost of the booking was $500.00 but I've yet to receive the $300.00 credit. I contacted Capital One about 10 days after the booking and was advised that it may take up to 2 statement cycles. The charge was included in the statement produced on the 15th. Has anyone here come across this issue? DPs online point to about 3-10 days after the booking

That is interesting. I know for the TSA credit I was told it could take up to 2 billing cycles but it reported in 5 days. Hopefully they credit your account within 10 business days.

The first time I booked travel on the card, through their portal, the credit appeared about 5 days after the charge posted. The second time took about a month.
