I would love a metal card. It won't make the card better of course but it would be nice to seperate it from my "lesser" cap1 cards. To me the QS visa I have seems more premium than the Venture I have, yet my venture is a siggy while my QS is just a regular Visa card. The venture looks like really cheap plastic and I really don't like the colors. In pics the card looked blue. Mine looks almost black with some purple in it.

Correct. All Venture cards are visa signature. And venture 1 can be. but it is not guranteed. as ive seen some 3k limits. platinums. but it is rare.

I was  approved for Venture one last night. I just called CSR and requested for metal card. They confirmed to me that it'll be metal. I'll update about it once I receive it.

VentureOnes aren't guaranteed to be sig though. Only regular Venture.

Yes I'm aware of that, I've been a capital one customer for a long time. I'm asking if the regular platinum venture ones will be metal as well. Obviously no one has an answer and that's okay, lol.

No worries!! My sister is just getting into this credit stuff and loves my Marriot card and it would be great if she could just have a metal one sent to her.
