WOW! I bit the bullet today and applied for a Capital One card while trying to rebuild some credit issues from 2009 and was approved for a $500 credit line and 0% APR until February 2012!!!
I totally did not expect that. Does anyone know what Cap 1 pulls? TU EQF or EXP???

From what I understand Cap 1 pulls all three.
From a BK years ago to:
EX - 3/11 pulled by lender- 835, EQ - 2/11-816, TU - 2/11-782
"Some people spend an entire lifetime wondering if they've made a difference. The Marines don't have that problem".
They pulled all three on my wife an I when they approved us last month. I haven't heard anyone say anything different.
Congrats! I think that they offer one of the better rebuilder cards out there. Which one did you get? If it's the cash rewards card, please see the thread below about activating special bonus cash offers. ![]()
Congratulations!!!
And Cap1 does pull all three Bureaus ![]()
Capitol One is a good one if youre trying to build credit and are having trouble getting an unsecured card elsewhere.
They gave me a no frills card when my credit score was still pretty low and I had no established credit in good standing at all.
Course, the limit was pretty low then. But since then theyve raised it to $4500, which is more than enough for me given that we arent big spenders.
They pulled TU & Experian for me in southern california ![]()
got the same deal
Congrats on your road to recovery. Continue to utilize this site and you'd stay ahead of the credit game.
Congrats!!!!
I've had a CAP 1 card for 8 months now. One thing I like about CAP 1 is that they allow you to change your due date if needs be. And I did it right online. So if the due date they establish for you is not convenient, then you have 4-5 other options. That's a perk when your trying to balance payment dates with your PAY DATE. They pulled all 3 Credit Reports for me. I live in NY.
