Capital One consolidation question

I have 2 Spark cards that earn cash back that I want to consolidate once the time comes. One is used as an AU card to earn rewards and PIF every month since the APR is sky high, the other is in 0% APR period and was used to pay off some lingering expenses so has a balance and is being paid down. When I consolidate, will the cash rewards consolidate as well? I remember reading somewhere that Cap1 no longer allows transferring of rewards. My Venture still has about 11K miles on it, how will that work when I consolidate it into my QS?

When you combine, you get a warning stating that you are forefeiting your earned rewards, and you're prompted to spend them before consolidating. 

The rewards transfer is still functioning. I just walked through transferring rewards between two of my accounts.

but if you transfer your venture to a quicksilver then you will lose your points as one is points and one is cash back...

Well then I'll just redeem then before hand

You can still combine/transfer rewards, but you literally have just a couple of days...
