Re: Capital One credit reallocation

Wow great screen shot!  I've heard about it but never seen it in action!

I still have a Cap1 secured plat and a newish QS1 so no combos for me yet, but I can see it happening in the near future if that plat graduates.

Re: Capital One credit reallocation

When that secured PLT unsecures you can roll it into you Qs1. Provided you had it 6 months and is paid. Then PC that Qs1 to a QS. My plan was the donor Venture since I got it. I have other travel cards that I like better.

Re: Capital One credit reallocation

I'm hoping to upgrade the QS1 -> QS for sure.  Hate the $39 AF but I get $5 back each month on Spotify which offsets it.

I don't understand the Venture cards at all.  The only purpose I can see them for is to be donor cards for higher CLs after combining.  I can't imagine anyone getting value out of Venture unless there's some secret I'm not seeing that makes that 1.25% worth double.

EDIT: oh, guess you had the venture 2x card instead of the ventureone 1.25x card.  Even at 2X it seems pretty weaksauce since it only applies to travel reimbursement, right?

I value the CSR better in this category
