Capital One new CLI request feature

I have two cap one cards, one platinum and the other Sony (both with toy limits) - I have had them for more than two years.  I just requested a CLI increase by putting my annual income and monthly housing expense (only on the platinum card).  They mentioned 7-10 days a letter should arrive with the results of the request.  Anyone try this yet?

Doesn't work, I contaced Cap One via chat, and after further review, its a no go.  The feature is there, but I wouldn't hold them to it.  They are a conservative lender, they said, and will only grant CLI during account reviews.
 Oh well.

I saw this feature on the website but I'm not sure if they will give me an increase due to the card being a secured card. Maybe I will make a deposit to raise my limit and then use the CLI feature on Cap 1

Send an email to the Capital One EO,don't forget to include your contact number on the email and they will call you....

A post from the other thread, says that the feature is there but will not be available untill 6/28
