Capital One - product change requests

Anyone have success with a product change with Capital One? I'm considering asking for a change from the No Hassle Rewards card to the new Venture product. I've been with Capital One for well over 2 years now but cannot budge past the $500 CL mark. My scores are low to mid-700's and I don't have anything negative in my reports. Utilization per month is less than 1% or I carry a $0 balance on all my cards. Total available credit line with all my cards is around $14k.

I tried several months ago to do a product change with no luck. You might do better.

From a BK years ago to:
9/09 EX pulled by lender 802
3/10 EQ- 800
6/10 TU -772

You can do the same thing with hard work

I've also tried in the past with no luck.  They told me I had to apply for a new card.
