I applied for a Capital One no hassle rewards card four days ago & my application is still under review per the automated system. Anyone else had this happen? Is there a number I can call to speak with someone that makes the application decisions? I already have a Capital One platinum card, never late & have a zero balance.
Any suggestions or information would help. Thanks!
Best advice... patience young grasshopper... patience.

The odds are good that you'll get it. Let us know how it turns out. Good luck... it's a nice card! ![]()
Thanks to you & JayRizzo for your input. It's tough when you're on a roll (got approved this week for the Discover More card & Amex Zync card) & all of a sudden you're waiting for one word, approved or denied. I'll wait it out till next week & hopefully by then I'll hear something back from them. I've been a cardholder with Capital One for four years & I think they are great, as long as you keep your balances low or PIF each month.
I will post when a decision has been made!
I hope the wait time is worth it for you. Hopefully you don't end up with a measly $300 CL.

Jeeez, I hope not! Although I do know Capital One usually doesn't give CL's over $750 too often these days.
Mine started with 500 has been stuck on 750 for..a while now...sigh
Update: Approved!!! The credit limit is only $500, but that was expected. Thanks so much for the kind advice/information my fellow forum members. This brings my two week application spree to an end! Now it's time for a year worth of gardening! ![]()

I hate to say it but, don't expect to see a CLI ever
And don't even bother trying to call to ask for a CLI, Cap1 does not do customer initiated CLI's.
