 Hey Mod, I've always wondered about that same issue. I really love cap 1 for their superb CS and kind CLI. They really good with the GW letters also, I've gotten 4 baddies removed thru the GW way. As for CLis, they honor them with no pulls whatsoever. Keep reading about the cap1 backdoor #, not even sure why so many folks calling them on that line.

Congrats, I have had my 2 cards less than 6 months and have received 2 CLI's on one card and 1 on the other.  I am not trying to screw up with Cap1.

how much do u charge on your capital 1 cc  10% 20% more in other words how do u use it so I would know how to use mine, to stay in their good graces!!!
