the scores your pulling are all Fako scores (Fake Fico) they can be 100+ points off higher or below your actually scores. I would only think it's weird if you do not have any bad marks on your credit reports. Regardless only way to get anything done from Capital One is if you get better cards, and send emails to the executive office to PC or increase credit limits stating you won't be doing business with them if they don't step upto the game since you've now got better cards in your arsonal.
