Does anyone have experience on the online payment with cap 1? What I need to know is it safe? can you also get a paper statement? and can you use debit card?    Thank You

Paying online at Capone is safe-

Yes= they debit ACH from your checking account.

You can opt back in for paper statements and veiw prior statements from their site.

I use the online pay never had any problems---actually user friendly --never tried estatements!!!!

You can also setup billpay with your bank and make the payment electronically from your bank to CapOne. I use BOA billpay. Lot of banks are offering this feature now.

The Capital One online payment system is pretty darn solid. I had no issues making many, many payments with it.

I also received paper statements. Paperless makes me forget to pay.
